THEORY    OF    CONSTRAINTS    (TOC)    AND    DYNAMIC    DIFFERENTIATION    TEACHING    AND    LEARNING
The main concept is Theory of Constraints (TOC) of Goldratt. From a copyright perspective we would not really refer to this in our WEB

The concept is that according to TOC, every organization has – at any given point in time – at least one constraint, which limits the organisation’s performance relative to its goal. In order to manage the performance of the organisation, the constraint must be identified and managed correctly. Over time the constraint may change (e.g., because the previous constraint was managed successfully, or because of a changing environment) and the analysis starts anew.

The Second Main Concept is Dynamic Differentiation Teaching and Learning. It means there is a differentiation that considers the range of learners that lecturers/facilitators have to teach in terms of abilities, learning styles, social background, cultural diversity, special needs and so forth.

Every learner learns in a different way and thus gave rise to the theory of differentiated instruction which says that the lecturer in order to make the learning process beneficial for the learner should take into account the individual differences of the learner to modify the type of content delivered, the assessments being conducted, sequence of delivery of content and/or various other learner characteristics.
